ORDER FORM FUNDRAISING

40% PROFIT

Sellers take orders using our convenient digital order form that accepts ALL payment types (CC, PayPal, cash & check) on any device and/or sellers take orders by using our color glossy paper order forms.

All orders ship presorted in bulk to one location for LOCAL distribution.

WEBSTORE FUNDRAISING

25% PROFIT

Available for out-of-town family and friends during an order form sale, and then for anyone (re-orders) after local sale is done. Store is open during local sale/order form sale, or if no local sale a standalone fundraiser.

Store orders ship direct to homes and offices earning 25% on most items. Monthly coffee subscriptions and bulk products also available.

With Giving Bean’s coffee fundraising program your group will earn 40% profit from our order form fundraising options, and 25% in the Webstore. Every sale is tracked, attributed, and reported by each member for both order form and online sales. There are no startup costs, easy step-by-step instructions, fast shipping, online support, and phone support. In addition, we offer a ‘show and sell’ option. This is an order of (usually 50-100 items) items that you sell on-hand of a few of Giving Bean’s most popular coffees and teas. “Show and Sells” are a great way to spark interest in the products and your fundraiser. This is normally done at a church or other event during or around the time of your order-form fundraiser. Speak with one of our fundraising support person to get suggestions on products and methods.
